They're here!
Yah! They are here! Poor Lisa woke up in the wee hours before I had even gone to bed yet last night so she could drive while Joli slept. Ten hours. She got about six hours before the baby awoke and decided she'd had enough time in the car seat. So the last four hours were stop and go when a certain small person woke up and squeaked. But finally, they arrived.
Joli wanted me to hand over the camera.
So I put the camera away and we fed hungry people and then got some groceries and then brought everything in from the car and got everyone settled in for a nice long visit. We've got big plans to do whatever we want for the rest of the week. Quilting is high up on the list. I'd like to attempt some collage work perhaps so we're not both trying to use the same tools and space at the same time. We'll see. I'm also thinking of cleaning up and putting in the back garden. Joli would probably be happy outside. Of course I have to take Lisa to the new tea room some afternoon. We'll see what unfolds. Hopefully we'll have some new art and crafts to show off over at the studio in the next day or two.
